Citrus Chinotto

My very favourite ornamental citrus- has fruit on 12 months of the year. If you look closely in the photo you will see hundreds of small white citrus flowers about to open and each flower turns into a dark green fruit, which at the end of summer go the yellow/orange colour you see in the photo. So a lot of the year you have a picturesque display of green and orange fruit on the one bush. Extremely compact grower-used a lot in Greece/Sth France/Italy as an ornamental citrus for patios/courtyards – the fruit are basically highly ornamental. Not much taste for eating.
