We have worked with Rachel on several projects that have required just the right special piece to elevate the landscape. We have been consistently impressed with the product choice, quality and level of exceptional service we have received. Rachel goes above and beyond and ensures that the whole process from inquiry to purchase to install goes as smoothly as possible. Although we are in the South Island nothing is too difficult to source, supply or ship. We love working with Rachel and look forward to collaborating on more projects in the future.

We recently purchased and have taken delivery of the 3 Weathered Zinc Water Feature from Gardeners Emporium. We are delighted to say that we are totally thrilled with our new addition to the garden. It is simply beautiful and the feedback from friends and visitors has been exceptional. We loved dealing with Rachel Cameron-Lee from the moment we were first made contact with Gardeners Emporium - to the time we placed the order - to the time we took delivery. Rachel kept us fully informed - throughout the entire process and even sent us progress photos. We have no hesitation in fully recommending both Gardeners Emporium and Rachel Cameron-Lee.

After searching for a suitable water feature for our new home for the best part of three years, we had a good sense of what ambience we wanted to create. I happened upon the Gardener’s Emporium website and was attracted to a three-tier fountain in an antique bronze finish. Auckland is a long way from Wanaka but after talking to Rachel and sending her photos of our courtyard, I felt encouraged that this might be what we’d been looking for. We took measurements and even asked a good friend who has impeccable taste and who knows our house well to check the size and quality of the product. She loved it. We were nervous about the shipping, but Rachel is the most hands-on supplier I’ve ever dealt with. She scrupulously attended to every detail, ensuring the fountain was meticulously boxed and packaged, then shipped with the most reputable furniture removal company she could find. Rachel and Stu were in communication over the crating and delivery on a daily basis, ensuring that we knew how to have the fountain assembled and installed by sending us videos of installation and careful instructions. On the day it was installed, Rachel was on standby at the other end of the phone in case we had any questions. Fantastic service and we are delighted; the fountain is a perfect size for our space, as Rachel said it would be, and the workmanship and materials are of top quality.

Being in Real Estate and viewing many homes, I know the secret to creating a lasting impression is through landscape design. Now onto my second big landscape overhaul, I’m constantly browsing Pinterest and Social media platforms for some design inspiration. I stumbled across Rachels ‘Gardeners Emporium’ page on Instagram and was instantly impressed by not only their quality range, but also the creativity. Being fairly particular with what I like and don’t like, I reached out to Rachel and asked for some ideas. She was extremely helpful with making suggestions, and it is really refreshing to deal with someone that is so passionate about their profession. The service I received from Rachel with receiving both pictures and videos meant that I could find that right piece without having to take the day off work and travel to Auckland. The Jar I ordered was well-packaged and efficiently delivered. Thanks for all your help Rachel, and I’ll definitely be back in touch!

When looking for planters that were unique and offered a wow factor that you don’t find in the major homeware department stores I was so delighted to come across the Gardeners Emporium website. They have such an awesome range with great photos and helpful product details, including sizes, colours and pricing. Right from my first email communication with Rachel I was very impressed with her prompt response and the subsequent lengths Rachel was prepared to go to ensure I was getting exactly the special planters I was after. Because the planters were being imported Rachel was very proactive in keeping me regularly updated with the expected delivery timeframes. Through some very clever and robust packaging Rachel significantly reduced the freight costs and when we took delivery of 4 large planters in Dunedin they were in perfect condition. We are so very delighted with these stunning distinctive planters, they are a standout feature to both an indoor and outdoor area.

We had been looking for many months without success for a suitable pot to use as a water feature in our front garden. Fortunately we came across the Gardeners Emporium site purely by accident and saw a pot we liked. We emailed Rachel straight away and asked if we could come and view it. The service from that point on was outstanding. All correspondence was promptly replied to and our visit to the warehouse was way beyond what we expected. A huge selection of pots, urns, water features and more were on display. We selected a large pot which the team promptly loaded into our SUV. Rachel then advised us where to go to access all the parts we needed to convert it into a water feature. Job done, it now sits in pride of place in our front garden all 108kg of a beautiful roman jar.

We had been looking for the perfect pots for our beach house, having been inspired by what we had seen at a garden centre in Chelsea in London. In our research, we came across Gardeners Emporium and their wonderful selection of pots. Rachel, the owner, was most helpful narrowing the selection down. Rachel was fantastic to deal with. She was very professional and very responsive. She took a real interest in our small project. We wanted lightweight modern pots that blended nicely with the exterior of our beach house. We wanted to plant native trees which we found at a local nursery. The pots and plants make our new beach house a welcoming place. We would highly recommend Rachel and her team at Gardeners Emporium.

Gardeners Emporium founder Rachel exceeded our expectations with her customer service and beautiful products. Rachel’s efficient communication and "nothing is too much trouble” attitude made shopping a pleasure. We had specific requirements for our courtyard design and Rachel offered excellent advice, options and images of a range of products suitable for our space and the end result is better than we imagined. We’re already looking forward to starting on the rest of the garden and adding more of her beautiful products to our garden.

Rachel was wonderful, she certainly has an eye for what works well. In my case what shape and colour of pots and water feature complimented my home and garden. She provided options and valuable feedback which is a testament to my wonderful garden. The Pietro Sphere Fountain is a main feature in my garden that can be viewed from all areas providing an ambience of tranquility. It is absolutely beautiful, well made and still looks brand new which is amazing for a white water feature. The white Bianca Cigar Cylinder pots and bowl are absolutely stunning and provides depth to my garden. They are a superior pot and eye catcher with many great comments received.

For many many years, I' ve been on the lookout for a serene, elegant garden ornament. When Gardeners Emporium started up I decided to have an online browse & immediately found the Pietro Angel.....the most beautiful reflective & unique statue. I uncharacteristically made the purchase without viewing it in person. Rachel assured me the photo was true to the real thing, and it absolutely is. My statue needed to be ordered from overseas, & after several months wait with covid holdups, it arrived in perfect timing for my birthday. The team personally delivered the Pietro Angel, and helped me to set her in place. Absolutely delighted & very grateful. Thank you.

Dealing with Rachel was an absolute pleasure. We purchased 3 pots and right from the start her communication was brilliant. She gave advice, sent photos and went out of her way even while dealing with lockdowns. The pots arrived by freight and were well packaged. We are very happy customers and would definitely support her business again in the future.
